About Natalie Pierson

Originally a Southern California native, I moved to CO in 2004. My parents and siblings had already made the move to Fort Collins the previous year and I missed my family. Little did I know I would meet my future husband, a Fort Collins native, and fall in love with the laid-back lifestyle that Fort Collins had to offer. I attended college at the University of Northern Colorado where I received a degree in English Secondary Education. After college, I enjoyed working with my husband in his concrete construction business doing HR, Safety, DOT, Project Management, and a little Accounting.

During this time, I learned the value of working with and building lasting relationships with everyone I worked with to ensure that no matter what the project was completed successfully. After working in the construction industry for 8 years I decided to make the switch to real estate. I wanted the challenge of building a career for myself. I understand the value of hard work and pursuing one’s goals and dreams, whatever that may be.
